Netdisaster

Posted in WebSite by Gabe on April 13, 2007

As I was stumbling across the Internet, I found a hilarious little web tool called Netdisaster. What it does is loads a web page and lets you destroy it with various means including:

Meteors, flood, flower power, nukes, chainsaw, pixel shaver, gun, bloody gun, paintballs, graffiti, scribbling babies, fried eggs, coffee, slow burn, tomatoes, cream pie, god, demonstration (very funny),Marsian attack, text sucking message, cow dung, dog dung, dung, dinosaurs, vomit, wasps, flies. mold, snails, and worms.

And if that isn’t enough, you can even add it to your website! But the odd thing is that it adds a white layer over the page and shows the animation on that white page… I wish it showed the coffee actually spilling on YouTube LOL. The site is completely harmless, so don’t worry about Google having a coffee stained O LOL.
Here are a few examples of Netdisaster in action on popular sites (as defined by Alexa):

Yahoo – demonstration – sound = no

Youtube – coffee – sound = no

Google – paintballs – sound = no (click on the gun to fire paintballs)
